MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation)

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) is the government authority in the United Arab Emirates responsible for regulating the labor market, employment policies, and workforce services. The ministry oversees labor laws, work permits, employment contracts, employee rights, dispute resolution, and Emiratisation initiatives aimed at increasing the participation of UAE nationals in the private sector. MOHRE also provides digital services for employers, employees, recruitment agencies, and businesses to ensure a transparent and efficient work environment across the UAE.
